Coaching sessions have 2 goals:
How does weekly coaching help?
Using the initial evaluation of your work environment, equipment, physical deficits and pain limitations your coach creates a road map for a successful program.
Weekly sessions consist of step by step instruction on strategies that will benefit you specifically provided in an interactive format to allow for feedback and questions. This "give and take" format is critical. Your active participation is required for you to reduce your pain.
By using the road map, your coach challenges you to understand each new skill or concept thoroughly so that you can immediately and consistently apply it to your practice.
Will I be asked to purchase expensive equipment?
Recommendations for equipment are only made if they are indicated. Your coach will work diligently with the equipment and space you currently have available. Creativity and flexibility is preferred to expense.
